Florence Lardinois is based in Oliver Wyman’s Paris office, working inside the Experienced Hires Recruiting team.
In her role, Florence is responsible for talent acquisition for France and Belgium, ensuring that the day-to-day recruiting of experienced consultants across these geographies is achieved. She works hand-in-hand with talent management, training, and operations teams to ensure the successful integration of new staff.

Inside Oliver Wyman’s Paris office, Florence is also an active member of the Family Life at Oliver Wyman (FLOW) team. The objective of the FLOW is to enable parents and caregivers to support and educate peers and colleagues on related topics, build community, and drive improvement at the many intersections of work and family life.
Originally from Belgium, where she started her professional career overseeing recruitment for a large strategy consulting firm, she later traveled the globe, working and living across Canada and France.

Outside of work, she is always keen for an adventure and loves spending time outdoors with friends. If not outdoors, you’ll find her swimming, practicing yoga or spinning.
