Guillaume is a Partner in the Paris office, leading the Aerospace and Defense practice in France and serving as co-head of the practice across Europe.
With more than 30 years in the aerospace, space, and defense sectors, his work spans major strategic, operational, and organizational transformations for leading European industrial players.
His career includes more than 15 years heading McKinsey & Company’s Aerospace and Defense practice in France and serving as European Leader of its Product Development Practice, where he drove large‑scale engineering and product development transformations.

Before entering consulting, Guillaume built his technical and managerial foundations as a Program Manager at SOCATA, a subsidiary of Aérospatiale. He later served as a Senior Partner at Altermind before joining Oliver Wyman.
A graduate of École Polytechnique (1994) and École Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (SUPAERO) (1996), he brings both deep technical expertise and extensive leadership experience to his work.
Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and boxing.
