Hervé Collignon is a partner in our Communications, Media, and Technology Practice based in Paris. He has been professionally and personally driven by the relentless innovations in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors since the early days of Yahoo and Google. His passion for the industry, for strategy, problem-solving, and business transformation projects has never waned throughout his career.
Digital and artificial intelligence will continue to disrupt the way we work, learn, and live. Sustainability, decarbonization, ecological transition, and adaptation to climate change are all key considerations for any transformation program in 2023
Hervé chose management consulting as his career path due to his problem-solving abilities. He has an extensive background working in corporate positions and as an entrepreneur in the fields of communications, media, broadcasting, and internet-related businesses. He has focused his advising efforts on players within the internet value chain.
Throughout his career, he has maintained a passion for strategy, problem-solving, and business transformation projects. He has accompanied his clients through the journey of rethinking their offering, go-to-market strategy, operating model, acquisitions, consolidations, and cost programs.
We measure the impact of our work as advisors and change agents against hard facts and financial results for our clients. Additionally, we look for the subtle, more emotional marker of success, such as the enlightening expression of the client when suggesting an innovative way forward
Outside work, Hervé enjoys growing trees, wood crafting, French and American history, and staying physically active by running, going to the gym, and cycling.
He graduated with a degree in Computer Science and Telecoms and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs from Paris in the early 1990s. He completed an internship in Silicon Valley and later returned to Stanford University's Robotics Lab as a research associate.
