Mehdi El Alami is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Transportation Practice in Paris. He has over two decades of experience in management consulting. His field of expertise comprises all types of freight transportation (overseas, express, postal, courier, groupage), contract logistics, and supply chain strategy and operations with a focus on retail, including e-commerce and out-of-home distribution.
In the early 2000s, Mehdi’s curiosity for emerging web technologies met his interest in retail and transportation industries. Very soon he realized that logistics was the best area to combine these three areas' interests.
