Muriel is a Brussels-based Partner who leads our European Pricing, Sales, and Marketing Practice, and who also plays an active role in our Private Capital team. During her time at Oliver Wyman, Muriel has worked in a wide range of sectors (B2B and B2C) to deliver breakthrough impact on high-stakes revenue and margin projects.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen that execution plays as much a role in achieving extraordinary impact as designing the right solution. When thinking about commercial transformations, I always focus on engaging the people, building commitment, and deeply embedding change in the commercial teams in order to deliver impact that endures and translates into actual enterprise value creation.
In recent years, she has been mostly focused on working with private equity funds on developing and implementing value creation strategies, particularly strengthening pricing strategy and execution as well as transforming commercial organizations. One topic she feels passionate about is helping leaders to build more diverse businesses:

Muriel holds a Master of Science degree in Commercial Engineering from ICHEC (Belgium). She is fluent in English and French.
