Much of my career has been spent in sectors where geopolitical, environmental, local community engagement, and human rights issues are paramount. This experience has served as a real-life education, equipping me for my role in internal communications at Oliver Wyman
As well as overseeing internal communications in the Europe, Nina’s primary responsibility is to inform, inspire, and engage all colleagues. Her French Business Degree, coupled with her global travel experiences and roles in training, recruitment, and sales, have honed her communication skills, adding significant value to Oliver Wyman.
Her roles include analyzing and streamlining diverse, complex information sources, engaging and influencing with integrity in multicultural, often virtual environments, implementing innovative content and channels, supporting cross-functional teams to achieve collective objectives, optimizing the value of internal contributors and external players, and crafting and executing communication strategies.
A pivotal moment in Nina's career was orchestrating the 2022 One Europe Offsite plenary session for 1,800 colleagues, defining the event's 'pOWer of together' theme.
Outside her professional role, Nina is committed to various volunteer activities, including providing communication and media relations support for a Franco-Japanese initiative commemorating the historic 1930s period of record-breaking Paris-Tokyo flights, offering conversational French language support for refugees through the Fondation Agir Contre l’Exclusion, and serving as an advisor at Bright Blu Dot, a sustainability and ESG consultancy.
In her leisure time, Nina enjoys traveling, collecting American stamps, and studying geology.
