Stéphanie has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources (HR) field. She developed real expertise in preparing and supporting transformation projects with high HR stakes. Before joining Oliver Wyman Stéphanie had experience in strategic consulting, working on significant transformation programs leading HR and change management streams.

Stéphanie holds a degree from the Grenoble School of Management and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.
In her free time, she enjoys singing any repertoire. She enjoys traveling through cinematography and in the real world, and you may find her recharging her batteries by doing yoga, hiking, or diving.
